This is the awesome home-made submarine in the Juneau dock. Gabe and I were trying to figure out how it was propelled, cause it doesn't look like the outboard is fitted with a snorkel. The outboard must be sealed and there could be a electric motor that cannot be seen from above. Very intriguing though.
